This weeks IT accessory: THE TIE NECKLACE / A BOLO TIE
Are you looking for some jewellery inspo? A Bolo tie, or a typical western necklace is the way to go. After a quick visit in one of our favorite vintage stores in Berlin, this tie necklace was one of our best buys. In the United States bolo ties are associated with Western Wear, and was made the official neckwear in Arizona back in 1971. In Uk the ties are known as bootlace ties, and were popular with 1950s Teddy Boys. The bolo ties were also part of the Rockabilly look in the 80s, and became a fashion statement by male Hollywood stars in 1988.
