Inspired by the Italian Pizza Bianco at the restaurant La Gritta, in the northern part of Spain, we bring you our recipe for the best white sauce pizza. Its easy and way more tasty.
This is what you need:
Pizza bread/dough: 3 dl. lukewarm water, 1/2 pack of yeast (or dry yeat) , 2 topped spoons Olive oil, 1/2 tea spoon salt, 7 dl flour
Sauce: Creme Fraiche, chopped garlic, herbs, salt & pepper
Topping: Ruccula, gorgonzola, parmesan and mozarella
Remember to heat the oven half an hour before making the pizza. Add the ruccola and some olive oil after the baking- before serving.
