A cold shower may not sound like something you will enjoy but if you are looking for something to get your energy going, turning your water to the cold side is the way to go.

Experts say that the effects of the cold water will benefit your health in many ways. It is supposed to give you a stronger immune system, improve your blood circulation and release stress. It will also take your breath a way, literary. On a longer term this will be to your benefit as it actually is said to enhance your breathing abilities, helping you to breath deeper and feel calmer.

Some people swear to cold showers, but turning your shower ice cold is something that takes time to get used to. The best way is to take it step by step, trying not to crave the hot water, but enjoy the cold. It is not so bad as you imagine, as the cold water will actually make you warm when it gets your blood circulation going. Your hair is also something that will benefit from a quick rinse in cold water, leaving it more soft and shiny. There is just no cheaper way to boost your energy, make your skin feel better and your hair stronger.
