Who: GUCCI
What: Pre-Fall 2018 campaign
Gucci just released their Pre-Fall 18 campaign with a new exclusive video premiere. We have followed the eclectic Gucci tribe over previous seasons from Florence and Berlin to Tokyo and Rome and now over to Paris. The new collection takes us back to the movement in France in the year of 1968 - when students awakens in the city of light.
It’s about optimism, idealism, passion, being daring and to be a rebel. Reflecting the time when the protest was held in the beginning of May, where students marched on the Sorbonne University. The campaign video, shot by Glen Luchford, is inspired by the iconic French Nouvelle Vague of the late Fifties, and Sixties. The time was ripe for change, and Gucci focus on the romanticism of youthful rebellion in their new Pre-Fall campaign.
