Hello, Marie, what is style to you? Style is expression and a way of communicating.

Where do you collect your inspiration? I think that the streets of Copenhagen and the Danish fashion scene in general is a great inspiration to me. Be open, and inspiration can be anywhere.

How did you get into the business? I started my blog eight years ago, and as blogging became more accepted in the industry, I got invited to different events and parties where my network started to grow.

Your key item for fall- and how to style it: A long patent leather coat! I adore everything in patent leather at the moment, and I just found the most perfect vintage Yves Saint Laurent coat that I'm going to wear all fall. I want to tone it down with a pair of 501's, a cashmere turtleneck and a pair of ballerinas or sneakers.

In what way does your mood affect the way you dress? It affects everything! If I feel good I want to dress to get noticed, if I'm in a bad mood or just want to relax I wear something way more comfortable.

Dress up or dress down? Dress up! My whole fashion obsession started when I was a kid where I played musical and therefore got to dress up to play different characters. In Denmark we tend to dress down even for events and parties, but I love the mix of something casual as a pair of flat boots combined with something dressy as a sparkling dress or something really colorful.

Do you have any limit what to post and what not to post on Instagram? I make the limits as a go along. In the beginning, I never posted anything personal at all, but through time I choose to let my readers get to know me - the real me - with up's and down's.

If you have to chose only 5 items in your closet- what would that be? A pair of blue Levi's 501's, a pleated mini skirt, a cashmere turtleneck, a colorful leather jacket and a statement T-shirt.

What trends and colors do you believe in for AW16? Lots and lots of colors! Yves Klein blue, red, babypink, yellow and orange. I always believe in layers for the AW season, and again, as I mentioned before - patent leather!

Top 3 danish designers to keep our eyes on? Freya Dalsjø, Sakspotts and Mark Kenly Domino Tan. I could build up an entire wardrobe around these designers and their aesthetics. They're all beautiful, easy to wear and yet with a twist.

Where do you get your coffe in Copenhagen? Risteriet on Stor Kongesgade. Where to eat out? The new place around The Lakes called Blue Taco is good if you're into mexican food, but also the new place The Market (asian food) - their pulled duck salad is to die for!

Where would you recommend people to visit? Statens Museum for Kunst (SMK), which is a stunning building with the best of art from classics to modern art.

Must visist store? Holly Golightly on Gammel Mønt. You get inspired from just looking at the store.
