You have seen them on the catwalk- and this season you have to be prepared to see them "walking down the streets". Watch out for the sock sneakers from Acne Studios and the sock ankle boots from Vetements.
At Acne Studios the sock sneakers with lurex details come from ankle to thigh high, while the sole of a platform sandal is as if built up from different rough cut layers of cardboard. There will be launched a few models this spring, and for fall they will come in pink, black and white and with green stripes.
