Your style is unique, what is style to you? Style for me is expression and communication. I love to express who I am through my style, and I love seeing others do so as well. One's style is very personal - yet in a public way, and that is what makes it interesting. Style is a fusion of both personality and wanted image.

- Where do you collect your inspiration? I love instagram, and I get a lot of inspiration from the people I follow there. I also have a bit of an unhealthy addiction to magazines - I will not hesitate to spend money to get my hands on well-made magazines. I love fashion magazines for men, like 10 Men and Fantastic Man, because I find that they often feature a more androgynous style than a lot of the magazines for women.

What do you never wear? I never wear shorts, but I wish I could! I guess I have just been really unlucky with all my shorts-purchases as they have had a tendency to make me look really stumpy. On the hunt for the perfect pair!

When did your interest for fashion started? I can’t even recall when i first got interested in fashion. I remember my parent’s being really upset with me during summer-breaks when I was really young, because I changed my clothes about five times a day. I loved - and still do - that I had time to play with new combinations.

Your key items for fall? Scarves! I love scarves. And sunglasses. Anything to distract people from my red nose, haha. I can never get enough jackets, either. Anything to make you feel good being outside when it is freezing.

How to do the perfect layering? The perfect layering for fall and winter leaves you warm without looking bulky. The key is to focus on the silhouette. Personally I have to pay special attention to my shoulders as they are quite narrow. Too much shoulder and I am completely off balance.

In what way does your mood affect the way you dress? Very much! I have tried to plan my outfits in advance, and sometimes I do for special occasions, but my mood might not match with the pre-planned arrangement and I usually end up changing something - or everything.

If you have to chose only 5 items in your closet- what would that be? Oh - definitely my black Karl Lagerfeld-bag, my Acne Mape petite leather jacket, my yellow Kaibosh sunglasses, my Adidas Gazelle’s and my Chanel Boy WOC. Bags, glasses, shoes and a jacket I feel elevate any ordinary outfit I put on.

What trends and colors do you believe in for this winter? Red is one of my favourite colours, and one with enough power to have an impact on what you wear, even if it is only in the details. This fall and winter season I also want green, yellow and pink! As for trends - I believe in a statement coat/jacket, whether the statement is made through amazing colours and prints or through texture and silhouette. If I had the money, I would have been surviving the Norwegian winter wrapped up in favourites from Miu Miu.

Sneakers or heels? I love my sneakers, but some days a heel truly can be the best friend in the world -  if you are 1.59m like me.

One Norwegian designer to watch? Edda Gimnes! Outstanding designs, amazing creativity and such a nice person! I had the pleasure of meeting her at a Showroom last year, and both she and her designs were so full of spirit! I can’t wait to see where she goes.

Oslo tips for travellers. WALK. I usually never take any public transport as I prefer walking or bicycling, and I always find that it is the best way to experience any city. Make some notes on some key places you want to see and walk around to get there. A lot of hidden gems can be found this way.

Where do you get your coffe in Oslo? I don’t really drink coffee, but I get my favourite tea at Fuglen - peppermint!

Where to eat out in Oslo? I only eat plant-based, and since I live close to Funky Fresh Foods and Mathallen that is where I usually get my fill - if I’m not cooking.

Where would you recommend people to visit in Oslo? It might sound cliché, but I never get tired of strolling around on Grünerløkka. You can find all sorts of shops and restaurants there, but most of all I love watching the people. You will always meet interesting people, and the atmosphere is different from a lot of other places in Oslo. I also urge everyone to visit Astrup Fearnley - Norway’s most beautiful museum.

Must visist store? F5 and Kaibosh for Norwegian design, YME for the best magazines and fashion, and my favorite trio - Velouria Vintage / Robot / Fretex at Grünerløkka for vintage and second-hand!
