How to decorate the table for lunch, brunch and dinner

Chevre salad, green salad, watermelon salad or Caprese salad? What to serve for lunch, brunch and dinner with your friends? In collaboration with Edblad Oslo we decorated the table and made our favorite salads of the season with an organic touch served in bamboo bowls and Zen plates. Be inspired and scroll for recipes. Beetroot salad is easy to make, and a perfect salad to serve for lunch or as a starter.

What you need:

1 or 2 beetroots ( to be cooked for a few minutes before adding), kale or romaine salad, spinach, sunflower seeds, chevre (bake it in the owen for a few minutes and add salt, pepper, oil or honey), green pepper, olive oil

Or make it simple, vegan- without any cheese.

Homemade Ceviche is a perfect tapas for your summer share menu- or you can add it for your friday taco.

You need 300 gram Salmon or a good white fish, 4 limes, 4 chilli peppers, coriander, salt&pepper, sour cream and nacho chips. Make sure to start with this dish early. The salmon need to cook in the lime for a minimunm 45 minutes - up till 6 hours.

Classic Caprese with Buffalo Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basilika- topped with olive oil, salt and pepper.
